Velocity handles the entire fleet for our division. They are swift, thorough, and always fair with pricing. Scheduling is always very easy with them, because they are very communicative. They always update us with progress, and let us know if they have any times open up on their schedule in case we need service. As an Operations manager for a courier service, they make my job much easier. They are very professional and great at what they do! Highly recommend!

My 21 year old daughter recently moved to Allendale for college. We come from a small town where we have our trusted mechanic, but in this situation it was not an option. We contacted Velocity Motors to see if they could help out. Let me tell you, I feel 100% confident in Velocity. They were quick, honest, and friendly. They explained the issue and the fix was under $200. Fox, where she purchased her 2021 vehicle, was quoting close to $1,000. I try to support local whenever I can, and I am happy we did. These guys are great! They offer the drop off and pick up for my car Services. Straight with me about what needs to be done, never pushy. Fast and efficient. My car is always happier after we visit.

Very disappointed. We had an intermittent fault so I have sympathy But it felt like bait and switch. We made it clear a $2k+ price tag was not in our budget, to be told about $1200. Low and behold the quote was over 2k to maybe fix the problem. Alot of time and $200 wasted
