WAY over priced. $28.00 to install windshield wipers. It cost nothing to have them installed at Advanced Auto Parts

Hi Cindy. I’m very sorry you were disappointed with our pricing. Unfortunately as a Certified shop we employ certified technicians that have thousands of dollars in training and education and therefore earn more than most Advanced Auto Parts employees. I understand that training isn’t necessary for wiper installation but we do have to pay them for their time. If you’d like, I’d be happy to discount your next service to accommodate you for what you feel was too much for the wipers. Thank you for your feedback and I’ll be in touch.

I trust Velocity for regular car maintenance, and will likely purchase my next vehicle from here as well. My most recent quote for a timing chain came in hundreds of dollars less than at the dealer. The car care club is an excellent value and has proven to be a great gift for my daughter as well!
